What is the process to withdraw a civil suit

Sir I filed declaration of title suit. Recently I have sold the property on which declaration suite filed. Now I want to with draw the suite. Please let me know the procedure to with draw this suite.
Hello.how many days are complete your registration in below 90 days you file case cancellation of agreement in civil court.and also apply in Register office give one complaint for cancellation of registration.

File a memo in the court stating that the matter in question is settled and that the case be dismissed. File the memo yourself if you are appearing as party-in-person or if you are being represented by a lawyer, the lawyer has to file the memo. The court will record the submissions and dismiss the suit.
