What type of case has been filed against you. Is it a state case or private case. What are the sections against you. If it's a private case and has compoundable offence then case can be withdrawn. But if it's a state case you have to lead by making complainant hostile

Taking into consideration your query . If opposite party wants to withdraw the case. They they can withdraw the same by submitting an application before the court. And they court may dispose the matter with immediate effect. Best Regards.

Hello. Aapne kaun se court main case file kiya Hai woh aapne nahi bataya. Normally aap jis court main case file kiya hai ussi court may application withdrawal ka application kar sakte hai. Regards Vinit jain.
