Civil procedure code 1906 ,provides stay of order as per nature of the case unless and until you will not provide the details of the case it's not possible to give you any advice .If any other query feel free to contact ,always welcome .

Depends ki aap kis court ke order pe stay lena chahiye, ya aapke case mein koi stay order aapke against already hai ya nahi. If there is no stay order at all, you may have to approach the Civil Court of the High Court, depending upon the circumstances of your cases seeking a restraint/injunction order.
