My property was registered in 2000 and a person registered d same property in 2006 and he captures the property Hw many years right was there for me to file a case against him

As per Limitation Act, the period prescribed for filing the suit is 12 (twelve years) from when the possession of the defendant becomes adverse to the plaintiff. Hence, 12 years is the limitation period.
