What do I do about the delay in my land case

I have a very basic land case going on in Chattisgarh and it is dragging from 4 years without an output. My father has 2 brothers and a sister so they are 4 in total. There is ancestral land coming from my grandmother(father's mother) to her children. Initially we were asked to give Power Of Attorney by my father's elder brother and they cheated us by selling some land without informing us. Now we put the case for fair partition of the property as some land is in a prime area near the main road and some is in the interior. It doesnt have anything to get stuck but because of the legal proceedings the case is dragging from many years. My dad's elder brother is bed ridden as of now with health issues but his distant relative is eyeing the property and not letting them do an out of court settlement.We are in another state (Jharkhand) and go to the court hearing as and when needed. My dad is also old and its not easy to keep going for this for long. Please suggest how can we expedite this.
