Any adiwasi related tribal agricultural land directly comes under the ambit of Collectors office. You need to peruse Details from their office to get all the attributes relating to buying and selling of such Land.

There are no any restrictions on that land. because of that land is self acquired. Not a ancestral property. When tribal persons purchase the general land that lands type cannot change, that property is whole life general. Only government has power to change his title.

Dear Sir/Madam,

If in case a Agricultural Land has been allotted to a Tribal, there is a remark in the other rights column of the 7/12 extract indicating the same. Land belonging to tribals cannot be freely transferred and permission has to be obtained from the concerned Authority before effecting such transfers.
