What constitutes adultery

1. If married girl and boy (he is not her husband ) did sex with both consent then who is guilty? 2. After some time in pressure of her husband/family, married woman moved her consent then who is guilty?

In case a man have sex with a married women with the consent of such women then such man is liable for adultry.
And is case women donot give consent then it will amount to rape.
And bith the offences are punishable under IPC

As per section 494 Adultery is an offence for which a male who is having an affair with a married woman would be liable for the punishment under this provision.

Adultery has always been topic of debate coz as per provision of IPC only man will be held liable for you punishment and constitutes an offence.

497. Adultery.—Whoever has sexual intercourse with a person who is and whom he knows or has reason to believe to be the wife of another man, without the consent or connivance of that man, such sexual intercourse not amounting to the offence of rape, is guilty of the offence of adultery, and shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to five years, or with fine, or with both. In such case the wife shall not be punishable as an abettor.

In case of adulterous relationship a woman can never be held guilty because in Indian society woman is considered as vulnerable . Indian penal code specifies only the consent of husband of woman. Consent of woman is immaterial

sex with married women with or without consent is punishable offence, in case of consent by married girl for having sex the boy is guilty and husband is aggrieved party, he can lodge a FIR against that person.
