What can I do if my college scholarship is cancelled due to income

Hi, I have taken college scholarship in 2010 and 2011 for my Btech, but now I was not eligible as my father income was more than 1 lacs that time, now I want to return it as I'm feeling bad for so. how can I do that and what legal action I have to face ? please help

your scholarship was based on your father income and at that time your father income was below one lac and as you already declared now your father income is more than one lack and it is understood you can submit a fresh affidavit of your father income

No legal action can be taken just simply write an oppology letter to the name of directors or principal whatever ubhave, and briefly explained the reasons in detail may be he will allow to u.....

Please mention clearly what exactly your query is.
If you want to quit your scholarship then you will have to submit an affidavit mentioning the increment in the salary.
And for that purpose you will not have to face any consequences.
