The WILL of your father prevails.

But every daughter has its rights on his father's property.

If there was no WILL by your father then there is a provision that property will be divided among all children.

Now its upon you and your brother if
want to give Rights to your loving sisters.

Hello
In your query its not clearly mentioned that is your sister married or not & A Muslim cannot give away more than one third of his/her total property through a will. In circumstances where there are no heirs in the estate as prescribed by law

Yes you do have rights in the ancestral property. You will have to file a partition suit in the jurisdictional civil court claiming your share in the said property. Also, the said property is now an ancestral property, thereby creating a vested interest of all the coparceners in the said property.
