what action can be taken to prevent noise pollution by neighbou

In open space in front of my house, a carpenter opened his business on Muslim property. The owner of the house wanted to build an apartment there and due to dispute he can not hand on the property to promoter. The court has given injunction. Now on the open area, he gave rent to a carpenter in front of my house. The carpenter make noise from 10 am to 10 p.m. After telling him to close the carpenter shop in the residential area, he don't pay attention to that. Now my question is what legal step can be taken against them to prevent such noise pollution. I feel irritated all the time and can not sleep at night also.It seems to me that the carpenter making noises.
It is advised that you file a suit for permanent injunction against your neighbour. Meet a lawyer and prepare your case accordingly. Court will issue directions even to state authorities to take necessary actions to stop nuisance.

If the noise create such type of noise pollution and several person effected on it. Then all of them or any of then can proceed before the ld. SDO of Concern area for conditional remove of such thing or stop it conditionally and permanently. Otherwise, if if effect only a single person. then said person may proceed before the Civil Court for stop such pollusion.
