Welding factory setup in front of my house want to file complain

IN residential area in-front my home there is a welding factory setup which makes lots of noise and produces hazard es gases . there all the children are playing . also there is loudspeaker sound from the factory. how i an file a complaint.
Hi, first thing you can do is give a complaint to the local corporation authority to cancel the licence and if the licence is issued you are having right to object, by filing a civil suit by filing injunction suit.

Lodge a complaint for Nusiance and should take acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint from the Police station The aged, children, students, patients and workers (who are not able to get complete sleep at dawn), are displeased with this blatant violation of sound pollution laws and so on .....
