Q: Uncontested divorce to be filed in order to be separated fast

Formalities required, expenses, care to be taken while for filing an uncontested divorce. How much time I need to wait for it to be approved

hi this is to inform you that if you want a divorce without contesting the matter you have to go and file a case dissolution of marriage by mutual consent for that your marriage must be completed 1 year both the parties should agree and if there are any terms and condition it must be mention in that mutual consent divorce petition so that there will be no harrasment or evidence will be lead on behalf of your side.

Q: Change of date of Birth in service records

Sir I am Prakash, working as Assistant Professor in The Government of Karnataka. My date of birth mentioned in 10 std marks card is 10/04/1987. Based on that entered government service in 2017.But date of birth mentioned in my birthday certificate issued by registrar of birth and death, Government of Karnataka is 22/03/1988. Is it possible to change change date of birth in 10 standard marks card ? I have mentioned my old DOB in service records . Is it possible to change dob in 10 std marks card and subsequently in my service records? What is the procedure? Kindly provide legal adviceWith regards

hi, if you have given the date of birth as per sslc marks card and joined the service and now you are telling that your date of birth is wrong and now you want to change is of no use. you had the knowledge that your Marks card date is wrong why you did not try to get coerected so it is better to continue in sslc marks card. it can be changed by filing declaration suit but it may affect your employment.

hi, you have to file restitution of conjugal rights case before jurisdiction Court where you stay or where your wife stays. before that you send a legal notice to join you and you will come to know what is the reason that she is not joining you.

Q: Welding factory setup in front of my house want to file complain

IN residential area in-front my home there is a welding factory setup which makes lots of noise and produces hazard es gases . there all the children are playing . also there is loudspeaker sound from the factory. how i an file a complaint.

Hi, first thing you can do is give a complaint to the local corporation authority to cancel the licence and if the licence is issued you are having right to object, by filing a civil suit by filing injunction suit.

Q: Girlfriend getting married to somebody else as parents threatening her

I had a relation with a intercast girl for 4.5 years. Unknown to the fact that I loved her, her parents was treating me good. I had promised her of marriage but now I feel cheated since she is getting married to her parents choice. When asked for the cause, I was told that her parents blackmailed her to suicide if they found we continued relationship. Under pressure, she is forced to marry someone else and thus ignoring me and avoiding me to interfere into anything. I feel emotionally distressed and upset for the act of her parents. I went to talk but they avoided conversation. What must be done?

Hi, in your case you have not mentioned the age of your girl. And if their parents are trying to get married to some other person it is to your girlfriend who must convince their parents that she is in love with you and not ready to get some other. So you have no right to interfeare in there family matter.
