Wbssc special ground transfer for medical purpose

13-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am an assistant teacher of a high school under West Bengal govt. I have taken mutual transfer once on 2012. The order of special ground transfer for medical purpose has been published on 2015. In the rule it is mentioned that one can take either mutual or general transfer only once during the entire service period. Now I have been suffering from severe gynecologycal disorder from last three years. My present school is above 50 k.m away from my residence. This long break journey is harmful for my health. Now I want to know as I have taken mutual transfer before publication of special ground transfer order can I get the facility of this special ground transfer on medical ground by legal help?

well firstly you should try for transfer by informing your school and in case that doesn't help that is when you can seek legal help however self representation and rejection of your request with proper reasons is essential before you can go ahead with legal measures
