myself nilesh ravat from kolhapur district i have done a first appeal to the zilla parishad kolhapur office to respected officesr but i have noty got the sufficient information that i need. so i want to file a second aapeal but i am not able to get the second appeal right procedure. so can i get the right information that i need
Unable to fully understand your query. What could be understood is that you want to file second appeal under RTI Act 2005 as you were denied information under RTI Act 2005. If that be the case then you may file to second appellate authority.

firstly also inquire if there is any procedure for a second appeal because if there is no procedure for any second appeal there you will not obtain any new information by filing for an appeal.
