Want to change or keep dual name

07-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
My name is DEBSUBHRA BANDYOPADHYAY in all my legal documents (birth certificate, ration card, academic certificates, voter id, passport, DL, PAN etc.). I would like to make it DEBSUBHRO BANERJEE. I'm ok with both changing it or having dual name. What is the procedure and ballpark costing for that? nnThanks and regards

It involves drafting of affidavit after scrutinizing your identity proofs & documentary proofs, affirmation of it before the First class Magistrate by being present therein and thereafter paper publication of it through Public Notice. Cost varies according to the quality of work as well as according to departmental cost of the concerned Court. If you wish to take drafting assistance from myself professionally upon online transfer, then can contact.
