Vehicles parking in front of my gate

Sir /Madam,
Please give me advice what should I do to stop illegal parking of vehicles in front of my house entry gates.. Is there any law to stop it ????
who did it and when ? how it actually harm you ? also how long this is going on ? what kind of vehicle is parked : two wheeler or four wheeler ? what is exact description of parking place ? is there a separate parking space ? I want to know all these things before giving advice.

lodge a complaint before the chief manager of car parking department of Kolkata Municipal Corporation stating your facts
lodge another complaint to local police station and then file under section 144 clause 2 Cr.PC stating your fact if you know the particulars if trespassers it will good consult a lawyer for best assistance
