Validity of verdict given by two courts

Two courts one of bhopal decides to pay maintanance and other of dewas says not to pay maintenance both are of same bench which court decision is valid

it could not be possible as no suit for the same cause could be filed in two courts this is Res-judicata
If it was done without giving information to court then this is against the law.
And if it happens with courts permission then cause would be different

The order which you are aggrieved by can file appeal or revision depending on the court. validity will be decided by the upper court i.e high court in your case jurisdiction of Bhopal court is Jabalpur High Court and Dewas court is Indore Bench of high court

Post the proper name (designation) of both the courts, and do also post the circumstance under which such situation has arisen, then only we will be able to answer correctly. General rule is that if a case is decided by a competent court, then it will operate as "res jucicate", preventing the other courts from deciding that case, means the decision which has been given first shall prevail.
