Validity of POA done on Rs.10 Stamp paper

Hello Sir/Mam I Wanted Someone To Give Poa To Me which gave me power To Sign Some Document on his behalf, so i got a POA done on 10 rs stamp paper , now my friend is saying that there is no validity of the poa which is done on 10rs stamp i need to done it on 100rs stamp paper, now i am not able to do the same on 100rs stamp as the person is gone to mumbai for long period, so pls tell me if the poa which i did on 10 rs stamp is valid or note..

Power of attorney is a important document execute it carefully someone giving his rights to perform duties,liability,acts on your behalf.two types revocable and irrevocable POA can be executed if someone giving rights of sale hi property to executant it should be registered.stampduty applicable state wise.it should be compulsory on minimum ₹ 50/- non judicial stamp written on min.5 pages.POA can be notarized.in your case on 10/- stamp has no legal value as on insufficient stamp duty
