Writ C is pending since December 2018 in the high court Allahabad under the violation of rule 5,6&7 of removal of gram Pradhan. Now about 6 months has lapsed and case is on daily cause list which is not taking up. What should be do for urgent hearing?
ask the lawyer you have employed to mention it in the morning when the court sits and consequently make an application to the Chief Justice of Uttar Pradesh seeking directions to the particular court to hear your matter on an urgent basis maybe directly to that court and which your individual case is pending for speed and full disposal
