URGENT LEGAL ADVICE REQUIRED PLEASE

Hello!
Actually, I have lent some money to one of my aquitance and he has given me a BLANK stamp paper having his and his son's signature as a PROMISSORY NOTE/LOAN AGREEMENT saying that his son ( who is still studying) would pay back the lent money in case of his death or some uneventful event.
In beginning he was paying his installments regularly but since last three months he is not able to pay any installment.
Now, when I asked for the installment, he THREATENED me that he would sucide and would end his life if I ask him to pay back the money!!
Kindly, advice and suggest me the best clause I can put on the BLANK STAMP PAPER that he has given to me in regards to his SUCIDEAL THREAT to me.
Looking forward for a prompt reply.
