Main ek lower middle class ki ladki hu ....mere mata or pita bahut hi sidhe saade insaan hai.Mera ek brother hai jiske kafi crimnal records us par chal raje hai..woh shru se humare sath nahi raha..uske dimag main shuru se yeh baat thi ki sab kuch tera hi hai ...behan toh shaddi krke chali jyi..point yeh hai ..ki mere papa ne sabhi tarike try kia use sahi banane ke liye magr woh sahi nahi ho bana..papa bhut tension rakhte the uske liye or jimmedar khud ko maan lia uske aisa hone main..unhe last year liver main TB ho gayi..jo thik hi nahi ho payi iss bich main bhi woh ladka preshan karne paise magne aata raha..jise mere papa bhu preshan hone lage.or hume hamesha ke lye chhod ke chale gaye..main bhut short main aapko bata deti hu..papa ne uske sath breakup kar lia legal tarike se..ewspaper main bhi nikalwa dia ki uske sath koi sambandh nahi hai...ab meri maa mere sath mere pati ke ghar rehti hai..woh waha bhi preshan karke apna hissa maag raha hai..property meri mummy ke naam
on the above-mentioned query, the legal opinion in my view is that please execute a will i.e. your mother execute a will or a gift deed in favour of you or yours children. if she has execute the gift deed then file immediately a suit for declaration on that property.
I humbly suggest that she have to be execute a gift deed.

if your mother is a senior citizen she can get maintenance from his son or she can file complaint regarding she is being harassed by his son inspite being debarred from the property in question as what you have said or you can discuss with an advocate with relevant documents.
