Uncle sold land without telling how to challenge the sale deed

Land purchased by my grand father in late thirties in the name of my elder uncle who was a minor at the time of purchase of land.my uncle sold a piece of land in late eighties without letting us know. We came to know about the sale now..Question is can that sale deed be challenged by me now? If yes under which section of civil law?

Respect sir,
As per the Transfer of Property Act you are the legal heirs of that property which had been purchased by your grandfather and also have right to challenge your share in that property under law.

dear client.
No now you can not make ant claim .as the time fram is too large in order to make such claims .
what documentry evidence do you have
as now you can not get back the land
so its usless of putting efforts in such acts
