Uncle aunt manipulated nephew to become sperm doner now blackmailing

Dear Sir, My elder brother got struck in one problem is that my uncle and aunt doesnt have a baby for 5 yrs , they somehow convinced by brother and conceived through by my brother after baby born they started blackmailing my brother that they will expose you to your parents and relatives about baby and started taking money from him , my brother has lost so much of money in that, my brother did a very big mistake and struggling to get out of it, please help how to get rid of this legally.

It is difficult to believe such a situation. Your aunt has no ground to complaint against your brother after the baby is born. Your elder brother has committed an offence. He has to catch your aunt and uncle unaware at the time of their blackmailing in guise of meeting their demand and record the proceedings. Then either a police complaint could be lodged or counter act and pay them in the same coin.
