Unauthorised construction done inspite of complaints to MCD

An illegal unauthorised dangerous construction has been done inspite of complaints to MCD. 4 floors have been added to 100 yrs old ground floor without any new columns for foundation. RCC, RBC structure has been added. Mcd says building is old and as 1st & 2nd floor were demolished and new floors have been built in 2016 it is covered under Delhi Special Laws action will not be taken against floor 1&2. Floor 3 is sealed. Request of owner for regularisation is under consideration as against demolition. MCD has booked the property under sec343,344,
