Unauthorised closure of gates by RWA, Pocket F, Sarita Vihar, New Delh

1)The RWA,Pkt F,Sarita Vihar,New-Delhi-110076 Closed some roads and streets without NOC/permission. Complaints were lodged with MCD Authorities and other Authorities and after a delay the MCD team opened these roads/street.2) The RWA is now contemplating to close these roads/street again without seeking permission/NOC from comprtent Authority.3) Now if this happens then what action can be taken?n4) Is it necessary to approach court in the matter but we want to avoid the same as it may take considerable time.Please advise.
You can give a representation to MCD if the RWA pesters upon closing the roads/streets and take the help of police officials as well by filing a complaint against them.
Later only if necessary you can approach the court in Writ but till then you can avoid the court proceedings and go for representation before MCD.

first you should write to RWA and lodge your concern and grievances. Also report the matter to municipal corporation of your area reporting unauthorized closure of public road. you should also report the matter to police
