aap ke same wall ka two facing ghar hain aap to suit for injunction file karte hain nahi using road both sides for keeping vehicle is not correct you have the Nakshatra then you can see in the coury have a suit for declaration

Aap kya kar sakte hain 1. Local Police Complaint: Nearest police station ya traffic police ko written complaint karein ki public road par permanent space capture kiya ja raha hai. 2. Municipal Complaint: Nagar Nigam/Parshad ko application dekar illegal encroachment removal ki request karein. 3. Evidence Gather: Photos/videos lein jo dikhaye ki public road ka misuse ho raha hai. 4. RTI Option: Agar repeated complaint ke baad action nahi hota, to RTI file karke status puch sakte hain. 5. RWA Mediation: Agar area me RWA (Residents Welfare Association) hai, to wahan par official complaint karein.

You can simply give a legal notice through an advocate. It works in these kind of petty things as the other party understands that you are pursuing a legal remedy. Approaching police is another option but does not always work
