Trespassing irrigation pipeline what to do

Dear sir, My neighbor has done irrigation pipe line through my agriculture land in absence of me and without consent . He has done it totally across my land which is inconvenient me , that my create problem to me due to its leakages. I am agree for trace pass it but it should be done from one side of my property. & which is possible . But purposefully he had done it . How can it is possible to rearrange it with legal support.
