My question is 1. how death certificate will issue if time of death is uncertain? 2. The dead body was under legal-madico postmortem but after that death certificate had not been issued so how can one get death certificate of that person? 3. Can legal suit regarding to this issue is able to entertain in court? Kindly provide the answer. Much obliged!

You need to take a certificate from doctor and receipt of Funeral charges. After that you should visit death and birth registration office at your place. If after all these formalities you are unable to get death certificate you can approach to court .

Yes. In response to your question whether the Legal suit would be maintainable or not so the
Legal Suit is maintainable. So far as the other part of your question is concerned, date of death is material.
