There was a sweeper in my father's office he didn't knew how to use an ATM card. He used give his card two other people in staff to withdraw his salary. He borrowed a total of around 8 lakhs from the staff by some or other reason 70k from my father as well. In June month last week he gave his card to my father to withdraw 20k for his salary and 5k as part of the money which he borrowed. But he died suddenly and how his family is salary my father is withdrawing his salary from 2 years. We have lodged a case against the family. What are legal prospects corresponding to this if any. What we should we do now.

your question is not clear . kindly make more clear . name of person for example a b c . so that proper advised be imparted . reframe your question . who is using card? why FIR is lodged? etc. only authorised person / card Holder can use the card.
