Get the wrongly spelt names corrected by applying to the authorities who issued you the certificates. Simultaneously, if your mother is living, then let her swear an affidavit stating her correct name on the basis of her documents. You also swear an affidavit stating that the names mentioned in all your three certificates pertain to your mother and all the three names are of one and the same person but spelt differently.

Hi,

Yes, The difference in the spelling of your mother's name will be problematic. You need to get an affidavit made stating that both the names are of one and the same person. Get the affidavit made on a non-judicial paper of Rs 20 value and get it notarized.

OK, different names of one and same person in different documents may create problems for your future purpose and to overcome the same you have to submit affidavit stating that the different names are belong to your mother and the person so named is the same and one having single identity.

Pass port issuing authority will have a close scrutiny of your documents and if found any mis spelling of names of your documents then may be rejected but they may verify the pronounce of the names, though spelling is not same in the both certificate then the sound may be checked, if same pronounce arise then may be allowed, otherwise you have re issue your documents by correcting.
