How many days it will take in the high court after filing a bail?

The bail depends on the section on which the chargesheet has been filled against you in the offences you have commited and as your question is concern.to get bail bail from high court it will take 24 hours if henious crime is not involved.otherwise a weak.just after the judgement is pronounced bail is possible frm session court only but iy depends on the advocate who is dealing your case

Well, it depends on the no. Of Cases filed , pending etc. & is absolutely concerned with the administration of High Court . But if there is urgency , concrned lawyer may pray for urgent Hearing. Also, you may enquire about the status of the case through ON LINE.

It should not take much time but is also depends on You, Court and Lawyer engaged. But it can be shorten if you would interested.

for bail it will take 2-3 months to the minimum ....
if urgent it need to mention for urgent matters.
all depends on the matter of the case , but be sure it may take time as vacation will be in High court

The present position in Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi is that it normally takes15-20 days maximum for the take up of bail matter and its hearing after the filing of the bail application in the Hon'ble Court.
