17-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
How many days it will take in the high court after filing a bail?
The bail depends on the section on which the chargesheet has been filled against you in the offences you have commited and as your question is concern.to get bail bail from high court it will take 24 hours if henious crime is not involved.otherwise a weak.just after the judgement is pronounced bail is possible frm session court only but iy depends on the advocate who is dealing your case

Well, it depends on the no. Of Cases filed , pending etc. & is absolutely concerned with the administration of High Court . But if there is urgency , concrned lawyer may pray for urgent Hearing. Also, you may enquire about the status of the case through ON LINE.
