Tenant not living home from last two year

We had given one half of our house in rent but without agreement. They are stayed here from last 11 year. But now they are giving multiple reason to evacuate house. What will be the legal procedure to evacuate the home.

You did a huge serious mistake by alloting your Home on rental basis without creating a tenancy contract/agreement & as such, you have made this case of your's bit complicated.
