Temporary dump yard infront of house

There is a temporary dump yard in front of my house which is making life difficult because of the smell and of course health risks associated with this. Even after complaining to the municipality, there is no action taken. After collecting garbage from nearby areas by municipal workers , it is dumped in front of my house which stays there for a couple of hours and sometimes a day or two before it gets collected. This is a residential area and the dump yard is within 10 feet distance from my house. Please suggest what action can be taken

you first need to lodge a complain with the local police station and then with the municipality then give them a time frame of 15 days failing which you can file a writ petition in high court seeking removeable of the same

since the dump yard is creating a lot of difficulties such as smell which may cause many health risks as you have complained but no legal action is taken still then you need to send legal notice against municipality
