Temple construction in a street, legal validity of the same

Hello sir/mam..my name is..actually my issue is tht there is a panchayat in dwarka sector who has taken a decision to make a big wall in front of our house and in fact in a street Which is very narrow.. There is only one house over there which is of us..they are only expanding the temple in a very narrow street So do we have any authorization to stop them..plz answer
Yes you have authority to stop them by way of filing suit for injunction against municipal corporation, person who is expanding the temple illegaly. First of all find out whether that lands is commercial or mix property. If they are illegaly then definitely you can stop them

As you have told the panchayat has taken decision to construct a wall in front of your house in a very narrow Street. You have not told about the land owner whether it's of mandir or for Street .pl contact me it would be solved
