Technology Contract for product development not fulfilled

I had been developing one IT eCommerce product from this company named fusioniction Technologies LLP, they had send an NDA and rest all conversation through mails since march 2016, the project was supposed to be handover edto me by end june 2016, the total cost of the project is 360000/- thousand. As somebody close acquaintance was involved in handling the work which was not even completed till date, i have also made 70% of payment to the fusioniction and have not received the work from my satisfaction grounds, they are asking to make the full payment and than only they will handover the work.
as they have already delayed the submission of the work and also the work is not complete and i dont trust them now as they have been fooling me since Aug 2016 that at the back end they have completed the work. what legal action can be taken against them. please advice to go ahead with nay technology transfer notice for either recovery of the money as well as claiming for damages
Legal actions, if any, can be suggested only upon reveiwing the service contracts / NDA, correspondences etc. It would be expedient for you to share the documents / discuss the issue at length with an Attorney for appropriate solution.

You will have to sue them for breach of contract in terms of the agreement which was entered in between you and the party working for you. However, before doing the same, send them a legal notice through an Advocate and incase they still fail to redress your grievances, go ahead with the suit .

As per your version ,it's seems that their has been breach of contract ,send me the details of the agreement and all mails which was made to you regarding the transfer of product with or without trasfer of technology ,definetly you will get relief and compensation !
