If judgment is reserved, then no specific time is provided for pronouncing judgment. Please find out when the judges who heard your matter are retiring. If any of them is retiring in the next 2-3 months, move an application seeking pronouncement of judgment.

There is no such rule. It is upto the benches' convenience as to when they will pronounce judgment. If one of the judges who sat in the bench is about to retire then you might expect your judgment right before that, otherwise there is no saying when it will come out.
