Summons Not Issued Till Now How Much To wait

My case got listed on 9 december and date is of 21 march 2022 but the defendants have not received the summons it was mentioned in listing order summons be issued through watsapp and email but it has been so many days till now summons not issued till what time they will issue summons to defendants

That depends on whether PF RC has been submitted in compliance of the order or not. make sure that it is been complied with. once it is done, the summons will be served by the process served. File PF RC PROVIDE ADEQUATE DETAILS OF THE DEFENDANTS TAKE DASTI COPY AND SERVE THEM BY YOURSELF AND FILE AFFIDAVIT.

summons will be issued when your advocate will submit pf form in the court, that is stating to send summons to defendant. pf are submitted to alhmad in the designated court where your proceeding is going. for more legal assistance Contact an advocate

In case the summons haven't been issued to the concerned parties then you should file an appropriate application through your Advocate in time. If the petitioner does not show urgent activeness, the case may get pending without any cogent explanation.
