Q: Copyright problem for mobile game

I am a solo game developer working on my game which isn't released yet. Just a few days back I got to know that there is a very famous character from another franchise which looks similar to my character, Though I didn't mean to copy any other pre-existing character. My question is will I run into copyright related problems during Production of my game? There are also many noticeable difference... I can also share my character's photo and the other similar looking character, but I can't find the option to do so.

yes if they have got them self registered, when you will be releasing the same they can claim the copyright I would suggest you to make minor changes. but if they haven't registered you can registered your game and characters, please take help of lawyers in registration they will guide you and you be secured furtheron

Q: Summons Not Issued Till Now How Much To wait

My case got listed on 9 december and date is of 21 march 2022 but the defendants have not received the summons it was mentioned in listing order summons be issued through watsapp and email but it has been so many days till now summons not issued till what time they will issue summons to defendants

Q: Received rule no 11 form 15- under cruelty

How can I get certificate under u/s 65b of evidence act. Also I have WhatsApp chats, audio recordings,emails of my spouse and her relatives .How can I prove to the court that the voice recordings and chats are belonging to the spouse and his relatives who were cruel to me.

you can easily present these evidence in court by sharing audio recording, presentation of screen shot with name mentioned above and screen of profile of offenders ( your spouse) and even voice recording are recognized by voice of spouse for more legal assistance you can contact an advocate

Q: Property Transfer Before Will Enforcement. Taxation On Property

My grandfather has property for which he has registered the will . In will he has provided a share (1 flat) to my father . My father died without writing a will and my grandfather is still alive . Can I based on the will sell or transfer the property to someone else . What is the process for doing the same .If yes the amount that I will get in exchange how will it be taxed.

hello, without permission of your grand father you cannot transfer the property until he is alive. after the death of your grand father the property will be divided to the will and you will be complete owner of it. or the property will be divided under law of Hindu undivided family (HUF).

Q: Terrace right for top floor or not.............................

I purchased a flat in 2017,. And having docs mentioned terrace exclusively for 2nd and third floor. In our society some block buding have 2 floor and some 3. Its also mentioned ground floor have lawn and first floor have open terrace adjoining there flats. Now question is , terrace above 2nd or 3rd floor flat is exclusivly for them or not. As sometimes ground and 1st floor fight for this reason.

yes it is exclusively for them if the mou states that, as the agreement you got at time of purchasing the flat. please read through it. now there will be 2 options 1. if it states only for 2 and 3rd floor then other floors members visiting would be liable under trespass 2 if it doesn't state anything then all the members can enjoy the terrace. at end I would like to suggest is read Mou properly for any other legal assistance contact an advocate
