Suggestion on a Plot in Hyderabad

I am planning to buy an open plot in Bibinagar. When I checked in online for HMDA master plan of Bibinagar the survey no shows as it comes under manufacturing use zone. Can we buy an plot in such zone and construct the house?
But just adjust to same plot there is HMDA approved venture and also for other neighbours he got LRS for his plot all these comes under same manufacturing use zone not sure how they got approval from HMDA.
So question is can buy the plot in such zones or not?
yes you can buy the plot if it has a clear title there is no issue it can be converted into residential one. once verify all link documents if required we will give an written opinion after verifying the documents

hi this is advocate Vara Prasad, in your case is it industrial zone or hmda limits , first you need to know clearly and later you purchase the plot. in industrial or manufacture zone if you purchase the plot you have to face so many consequences.
