Succession Certificate for PPF in SBI

What will be the stamp duty and court fee amount to get a succession Certificate for a PPF account amounting to 31 lacs for my father's (Hindu) PPF account in SBI. What will be the rest of the cost for the court procceding?
If it is in West Bengal then the Court Fee Stamp so to be paid exclusively through Judicial Stamp paper of Rs 50000/.Other costs for Court proceedings will depend upon the Court's Departmental costs, Lawyers' professional charges and associated costs for expediting the process.
