Stay to the notice of land acquisition for airport in trichy

we are in trichy a notice have been issued by the dro of trichy collector office to acquire our agriculture land of 2.8 acres for airport extension by the act 1997 industries act. is ther any possibility to stop the same by getting stay. or to get another equivalent land by the government for the same quantity with the other benefits. please guide me early so as to avoid the same.
Writ petition for issue of certioried mandamus before madurai high court to protect your land in view of call for the records from the dro and collector and quash their ordee is maintainable and further right to property is a legal right
