stay order on property in Bangalore to prevent it from selling

My husband and I invested and bought houses in Bangalore which is in my husband’s name alone. Can I get stay order on that house to prevent my husband or in laws selling it without my consent? I am scared that they will file divorce if I get stay order. How can I get stay order and prevent divorce situation?

you can get stay order if property in your husband name you need apply first and what's the main dispute tell me if you invested the money you need proved account statement which mode of payment made both have the right on property

as far as stay is concerned you can apply and get it , but as far as divorce is concerned you cannot prevent any one from going to court if he intends to file a case, so you can apply for stay and if your husband is not staying with you, you can file restitution of conjugal rights if u do not want to go for divorce.

you can file a suit for permanent injunction and get stay order. but you have to prove that you have contributed and you have right over that property. and secondly they may file divorce petition but without sufficient reason divorce cannot be granted
