Status of property in case sold and again brought by grandfather

grandchildren have rights to grandfather property ? if grandfather sell his ancestral property and purchased same property back again then grandchildren's have rights to claim?

Yes u have rigjt since ancetral property sold and later repurchased from joint fund so he have every right in it and file partition and u will get share according to law so meet advocate and file case

If your grandfather sold his "ancestral property," and he purchased the same or any other property from the sale proceeds at a later date, grandchildren have a right in the property subsequently purchased.
