What are the state regulations(India) for installing cctv in workplace. If there are any licensing requirement for installation of CCTV at workplace.
Installation of CCTVs in any working premises can be done without any legal requirements but it should be remember that installation of CCTV should be for security purpose and should not be for any unlawful purpose. A notice containing information regarding CCTV should be put up in legible place s in legible writing and in common language that can be eassily readable to people.
