What would be the stamp duty on recovery of loan amount on Rs 6 lakhs and lawyer fees if I file case in civil court

nearly it may comes 5% of the amount if you have any cheques than you can file cheque bounce case no need to pay court fee only advocate fee need to pay ... advocate fee may comes 30k cal me any further clarification

which state you are court fees depends on that each state will have different slabs some state slabs are more... lawyer fees will be usually 5-10% of claim amount.. approximately 30,000-60, 000 depend on whom you appoint senior lawyers charge more
