Some people are trying to occupy our property

We are constructing our house with proper approvel and we have all the legal documents with us but some people are threatening us to stop the construction and to handover our property to them , we already failed case at police station against them, but there continuously treatning us we stoped our construction work right now ,there are even trying to make fake documents is that possible? What could we can at these situation please help us
you can file a suit for injunction with the court having proper jurisdiction and obtain injunction and if any apprehending persons violates such injunction you can file a criminal case for protection and tresspass and please file all evidences possible

hi first of all u need to to file a suit in the concerned Court for injunction and for declaration of title so no third parties cannot interfere in your property or if they are interfering again then u can take police protection for ur property.
