Society not giving possession of registered Plot what to do now

I have purchased a plot 1 years back from a society .I have get it registered it at that time itself . Society didnot give me possession of my plot due to non NON from municipal corporation . This society is now purchased by a famous bhumafia & now society is not giving me plot possession saying your name is not in membership list . I had paid membership amount twice along with registry copy to society long back but they had neither given me any receipt not they have enrolled my name in society . They very well know it is my plot but denying to give me the possession. Pls suggest .

For that u have to file Civil suit before the Court for pajession .before that u have to give notice to Society. And also nagar nigam. In notice u have to mention all incident which happend against u I can handel this case if u contact

A SUIT FOR MANDATORY INJUNCTION WHEREBY AND WHEREUNDER A DECREE DIRECTING THE SOCIETY TO DELIVER POSSESSION WOULD DEFINITELY SERVE THE PURPOSE. THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT UNDER THE LAW TO OBTAIN PRIOR NOC FROM MUNICIPAL CORPORATION TO HANDOVER THE POSSESSION.

You should file a complaint against the society and that bhumafia under section 31 of The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 before the real estate regulatory authority of your state. I hope that you are having the agreement entered by you with the society and all receipt of payments, by that you may prove your claim before the authority. Also file a police complaint against them.
