show cause notice after filing case against employer

I am a government appointed employee and I got another job in a government office only. I had asked my current employer for a resignation however, they did not acknowledge any of my mails or letter so I had to file a case against my current employer. Now I think to get back at me they have filed a 'show cause notice' against me. What do I do?
you can file a writ petition before the concerned High Court and seek an appropriate rate commanding the employer to either accept or reject the resignation and thereafter we can see that what what and how I mean the next improvement can be taken up thank you
