Sir ,I have been selected as sub inspector in capf through LDCE .Now direct recruitment Sub inspectors who have joined about 6 months later to me become my seniors in departments seniority list .Kindly acknowledge me about the matter
this is a wrong practice which is followed but you need to see the rules and regulations of the CAPF wherein promotions and seniority are covered. you can file an RTI as to the procedure adopted while making the seniority list

Sir in such cases you can always move a petition for stepping up of pay at par with your juniors in addition to seeking proforma fixation of your seniority from the date of your promotion/joining. Your seniority ought to be correctly fixed with retrospective effect.
