Seeking legal opinion and assistance in filing a Curative petition.

Hello Sir, I have been victimized with the recent judgment of SC in C.A 9140/2013 K.Prasad V/s APPSC.Both APAT and HC have recommended to seek the report of UPSC on the correct answer choices for 6 questions in Group-1 prelims Exam held in 2012, whereas the hon'ble SC has ordered to delete these questions on its own without calling for any expert committee's opinion. This in a way, has ruined our chances of qualifying in Prelims. My review petition was also dismissed. At this juncture, I seek your assistance in filing a Curative petition. Can I file a fresh petition in HC against SC judgment?

No, you can only file Curative petition in supreme court only. since your review petition has also been dismissed. At this juncture, you can file a Curative petition in supreme court only. you cant file a fresh petition in HC against SC judgment? no body can challenge a supreme court order in any high court
